This is to inform all the candidates offered admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro various National Diploma Programmes for the 2014/2015 academic session, that they are all required to go through clearance and then proceed to the payment pf the non-refundable acceptance fee and application form fee.
Admitted candidates are to pay the acceptance fee of Twenty Three Thousand Naira (N23,000) and Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N7,500) application form fee after clearance at the multi-purpose hall of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
Requirements for Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Clearance
TWO (2) JAMB Documents (receipt, photo card or notification of results)
Three (3) Copies of SSCE, GCE/O/Level, NECO, NABTEB (Original copy must be sighted)
POST UTME Result
Four (4) passport photographs
AFTER THE CLEARANCE AT THE MULTI-PURPOSE HALL, THE ACCEPTANCE/APPLICATION FORM FEES SHOULD BE PAID AT THE BANK ON THE POLYTECHNIC CAMPUS INDICATED ON THE CLEARANCE LETTER ISSUED TO YOU.
AFTER PAYMENT, TAKE THE BANK DRAFT RECEIVED TO THE BURSARY DEPARTMENT TO OBTAIN THE OFFICIAL RECEIPT OF THE POLYTECHNIC.
THEREAFTER, GO BACK TO THE CLEARING OFFICER FOR YOUR ADMISSION LETTER.
